I kind of want to wait until May 21st if these bonuses are any good.
A downloadable title for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, Capcom Arcade Cabinet will launch on February 19th (US)/20th (EU) and come with Black Tiger for free. The other games on the service- including the likes of 1942, Commando and Side Arms: Hyper Dyne- will be available in packs of 3, released every fortnight from the 19th/20th onwards for $9.99/€9.99/£7.99/800MSP each. They can also be bought individually for $3.99/€3.99/£3.19/320MSP each two weeks after their initial pack launch, and from May 21st/22nd you can buy the whole lot for $29.99 / €29.99 / £23.99 / 2000 MSP- buying all of them awards two bonus games (and the Japanese trailer for the game shows these games are Vulgus- Capcom's first arcade game- and 1943 Kai).
So if I'm reading this correctly, you can buy each individual set of 3 for $50.00 total over the next week, or $30 for the whole lot (but you have to wait) three months from now.

Maybe you get the bonus games regardless of when you buy them all (either in sets or the whole lot). That would probably make more sense.
