Answer to original title of this topic: no, not personally.

The MLP craze in general doesn't seem like my cup of tea. Which if I think about it seems contradictory since I have a track record of interest in toons with critters in them. I guess it would be like liking Doraemon but not Sailor Moon.

Yeah, that's a good example. I feel about MLP like I do about Sailor Moon. I don't hold it in contempt but I can't muster any enthusiasm for it.
