64 pin model 2? According to Install Diagrams there are 3 types: M1 64 pin,M2 32 pin and one called sanyo board...So where does this machine fit in?

Re: Can't determine the version of this Saturn
Hobie is right its a 64 Pin Model 2..........you can tell from the Round Power on button and the Chip on the Laser Board.

I just googled and it seems it's lot of work getting this machine to boot CD-R's..
I might opt out to get a legit Model 2 32pin version.Unless someone on this forum can mod this? of course I'll pay for the time.
Re: Can't determine the version of this Saturn
whatever install guide your viewing it may be old or incorrect......check the below one
http://www.segastyle.com/saturnmod.html
you may want to look into Robb Webb's Saturn Modchips also ive never had a problem with them and ive done 7 of my own Saturns.

it should take about 1 hour of work total.......thats with my own experience

yes there are some reviews ive found as well ......but ive found more people with the Racketboy chips being DOA. I bought 2 RB chips and 1 was DOA so i switched to Robb Webbs with a way higher success rate.
