So the leg's swelling hasn't really gone down a whole lot since Sunday. We saw a visible difference from Saturday to Sunday, but since Sun, I haven't seen a change. It does look like the lump is getting 'taller', as if it's getting ready to erupt. I feel fine, no real fevers to be concerned with, but just the fact that the swelling around it hasn't changed in nearly 3 days is disconcerting. I'm worried that the antibiotics (Clindomiacin) are just holding it back, rather than actually killing the bacteria.
I made an appt to see the better dr. this afternoon at 2.45. I'm kinda hoping she looks at it and says "yeah its hideous, but its doing what it needs to. You're ok." but I'm afraid she's going to look at it and say "HOLY SHIT MAN GO TO THE ER YOU'RE DYING."
