A PTA (promise to appear) is a promise by you to appear in court when noticed by mail. PTAs are normally given to people charged with only minor offenses such as drinking in public, misdemeanor theft and sometimes marijuana possession.

Last night's pizza:

Homemade crust, sauce, and topped with fresh mozzarella and smoked Gruyere. I need to try this again, but with stuffed "toppings" and the sauce on top, Chicago style. But the deep dish method created an incredible crust. A little thick around the edges, but that allows you to eat the pie without a fork and knife.

Cooked some English Muffins yesterday. They're very easy to make, and the taste is distinctly better than what you can find at the store. Turns out, what makes an english muffin an english muffin is grilling. You cook them on a griddle, not in the oven. That's how they're crispy on two sides.

I like Bay's English muffins almost as much as homemade. But the multigrain and wheat ones are pretty awful.BoringSupreez wrote:Cooked some English Muffins yesterday. They're very easy to make, and the taste is distinctly better than what you can find at the store.

Dude, who the hell bought grapes with seeds in them and put them in the breakroom? Who buys grapes with seeds in them any more?
