Re: Wii-U thoughts so far
I play a lot of co-op games with my wife and Rayman Legends was going to be my next WiiU purchase. I don't think I've played mine since New Years as is. I do like the three titles I have but just nothing on the horizon for me.

What about Game And Wario? That one looks kinda neat.

My Wii U isn't even plugged in right now. Vita and PS3 getting 100% of my gaming attention.
Also sold TTT2 and will be selling ZombiU. But the rest I will keep for a while, I think. Still looking forward to WW HD.
And regarding TTT2, it is a great game. But I realize that I should have gotten the PS3 version. My PS2 stick + lots of adapters experiment failed.

Re: Wii-U thoughts so far
Well I went in trade in 10 crappy 360 games that were given to me by my cousin inlaw and told to make disappear. With the trade in, and some extra credit I had at the store that I was unaware of, I walked out with Skylanders Giants. Now we are only missing 15 Skylanders, including the Giants. They did have Tank Tank Tank, but they wanted $50 for it used. And as much as I want Tank Tank Tank, $50 used is a ripoff.

Thats wat sucks right now, there are plenty of games to "look forward to" but none in our hands! Hopefully Lego City rocks as much as I hope it does.ZenErik wrote: Still looking forward to WW HD.

I'm starting to regret my launch day purchase with each day passing considering they are losing exclusives left and right....

Think of it this way: If the rumours about the PS4 and Xbox 720 are actually true, than any games that aren't exclusive might as well be because there won't be very many people buying the other systems anyway.

Love mine - just playing Nintendoland and Super Mario. Looking forwards to Aliens - a big fan since AvP on the Jaguar...
Re: Wii-U thoughts so far
I sampled games on the WiiU last year at the Comic Con and posted a review back in my Wii Thread. I have recently updated it showing the graphical capabilities compared to the PS3.
For Rayman, I felt the Touch Screen point the Lums here or there to be boring. On the other hand if they expand on this, the WiiU will be its own exclusive in a sense due to that touch screen controller? Maybe because a preliminary demo, Rayman just seemed to be pushed thru the same.
WiiU Lego was pretty good, follows the structure of the other Lego Titles, but with a more open world concept. The radar mode is pretty good when viewed thru the portable screen. Really a nice affect holding the controller and moving around looking for the criminal.
Pikmin 3 as well will be worth getting due to the portable Map Screen. Hopefully both the WiiU Analog sticks and Wimote controller will be supported in the final release. I mentioned this to the representative when play testing the game. This would take the best features of both the GC and Wii versions offering each controller mode depending on what part of the game.

Re: Wii-U thoughts so far
To make up for Wii U owners' frustration at Rayman's delay and loss of exclusivity, Ubisoft is giving the Wii U an exclusive demo. Oh this makes up for it! All is forgiven!
