Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a new USB hub 2.0 and the problem is with my last one wasn't able to suit my needs as it kept surging out. I'm looking to find a good one with a power adapter. Basically I have my wireless mouse, keyboard, external hard drive, happauge gaming HD, PS3 controller, my PSP hard drive among other things hooked up and it couldn't take it. If anyone knows of any good ones that aren't cheap quality ( I don't mind a bargain however for something good ) that's able to suit those kinds of needs. I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you for reading.

I have a Belkin 3 port that works really well. If you're powering your hard drive off the hub the easiest fix would be to get a USB cord for it that has inline external power feeding the device and a seperate usb power source. Both are very cheap off Deal Extreme. Get one with a high milamp output (rapid device charging) and it should feed power back into the rest of the devices once the hard drive takes what it needs. If you have many devices that are power hungry, the USB wall chargers come in 2 and 4 port varieties. The Rosewill ones on Newegg output 2 amp and seem to work great for the price.
