That's a ton of stuff! You are positive all of these are good games, are not ported in any form, and only use joystick/button controls?

I have them all on MAME right now, and I'm playing them.

They are all GOOD, to me, yes. Upon review and closer scrutiny of the PORTS section on MAME's history.dat file, here is what I found, it looks like not ALL of them meet your requirements:

Ajax (Konami) received a Sharp X68000 port.
Bank Panic (Sega) received a Sega SG-1000 port. It also got a SMS port in Europe, but it was not a direct port. That might be a scratch.
Juno First (Konami) got a MSX and C64 port, no consoles.
Swimmer (Tehkan) is a scratch, it appeared on Tecmo Classic Arcade (XBOX)

Still though, only missing the mark on 4 games isn't all that bad. The others I double checked and they are all arcade-exclusive with no ports.

Aqua Jack is a great game, but it used an analog joystick, fire button, and an analog gas pedal.

You can also add Age of Heroes: Silkroad 2 to that list. It is a Korean beat em up from Unico, and it has some really awesome moves and graphics, and one of the characters is named Shenmue so that's already all types of awesome. If I can get access to a comprehensive list of games in MAME that takes out all the mechanical games they added, I can give you many more games I've played that meet your requirements, and I'll do a better job of double checking them.
