What are your favorite tv shows?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

TV now is really good and you can watch most shows, question is, which will grab your attention enough to make you spend time on it in this busy busy world.

I have great nostalgia for older shows 80-90's , porbably can watch a lot of stuff(american cafe and ghostwritter) but if you are talking current stuff

Lost interests me
but my definite best is desperate housewives!

Well, Gamerforlife, let me put it to you this way. Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld comes on at about 2:00 am(Central Time Zone) on Fox News, featuring the usual three hosts along with a large group of rotating discussion members, ranging from a retired CIA agent and a former member of the SAS to Victoria's Secret models, famous actors and comedians, various other Fox News employees, and super models. They discuss the news of the day, then Gutfeld usually calls his mother and shows off his latest drawing of Unicorn Jones and Fluffy McNutter. Good times.

Sounds interesting, but I generally try to avoid Fox when it comes to anything news related. I like BBC, but to each his own

And to everyone who's participated in this thread I have to plug Hulu. The best place to go for TV on the net. Makes catching up on missed tv episodes or just watching a show on your own time very easy. Plus, it's free

Hate reality shows. Here's my list

New stuff:
24 -my personal favorite best serie ever
Heroes - still to watch second season
House - everyone in my house watches this
Prison break - only watched season 1 & 2
Lost - only watched season 1 & 2
Stargate - watched up to season 4
Smallville - the first couple of seasons, now its boring

Old stuff I could watch over again like it was the first time:
Seinfield
Friends
X-Files
Babylon 5
Combat - old black and white wwii series
Highlander
Firefly

Still to watch heard good comments:
Battlestar Galactica
Supernatural
Terminator Sarah Chronicles

I'm not mentioning cartoons or anime since I think that's a whole other subject which I could delve well into.
