I have to say though, we may be getting a few too many Mega Man games lately with this, some of the fan made stuff out there, and Mega Man 9 and 10. I guess if it ain't broke don't fix it. The Street Fighter thing is a cool touch I admit.

Well, here's something else I can enjoy on my shiny, new PC

I really wish someone would make a fan made Mega Man X game. I'm a bit jealous that only classic Mega Man gets so much love from fans.
I think the X series had its fair share of spot light. The normal Megaman games were neglected for nearly 20 years by most of the gaming public.
This with the exception of Megaman - Megaman 3. Apparently there will be many more Megaman announcements after the 17th. Hopefully these will include:
-A compilation
-Mega man V GB remake
-Multiplayer mega man game similar to Rockman perfect harmony.
-US release of R20+5

Yeah I do remember before 9 hit the scene classic Mega Man was practically dead and buried except for a few cameo appearances in fighters and such. We can probably thank the increasing interest in and marketability of retro-games for its revival.

I think it's likely we'll get R20+5 if nothing else. Udon is pretty good about releasing Mega Man stuff over here. It kind of sucks I already have the old version of the Official Complete Works though.

I wanted to pick up the Megaman X complete works but I didn't. I regret not picking it up especially now that it is out of print and incredibly expensive....

I finished SFxMM earlier today. Its a pretty fun game and worth checking out. There are a few flaws and glitches, but I am not going to complain about a free game developed by a fan.

I know this post is a little old, but is there a save feature in this game?

There is a password system with the newest release, but of course you'll have to complete Bison's Fortress in one go like the old games.

Of course, this game really isn't that good. The bosses are good, but the enemy placement and stage design is horrible. If you want to play a better Mega Man fan game I'd like to recommend Mega Man: Day in the Limelight 1 & 2.
