I have to say, i'm very disappointed. There's so many things i'm questioning about it that just seems... ridiculous. Like why is it taking 10+ bullets to the head to kill a zombie, vs 3 kicks? Is my leg seriously stronger than a bullet? At the start of his campaign I was using the kicks because ammo was so limited. When I finally had 200+ bullets I started using my gun, but quickly found out it's almost useless. So now I just kick everyone in the face.
There's a part with a train in an underground railway, with 2 tracks. Whilst fighting zombies, a train comes from behind and if youre not careful, will vaporize you. Sounds cool, but it doesn't make any sense! I must have died 20 times by that stupid train, not because of my own fault though, but because of the games shitty design! I literally watch the train barreling down the tracks on the OPPOSITE side of the track, i'm nowhere near it, yet it keeps ignoring that, and cutting to the death scene animation. Why on earth is that train hitting me when i'm nowhere near it? It's not a glitch, because it happened many times. It clearly wants me to die from that train regardless where i'm standing. What I had to do was literally run past all the zombies and make it to the other side before the train came from behind. So frustrating as I wanted to kick those zombies and get their loot.
Another thing I find annoying is how Leons scenario seems to be totally reminiscent of Left 4 Dead? There is clearly a boomer zombie in there (although he doesn't barf on you) along with a zombie that screams to "attract" a herde of zombies your way. Left 4 Dead is an awesome game in its own right, but please don't make resident evil that way...
Anyways, i'll keep playing it but really only because I paid $60 for it
