Two ways:
First all my limbs were smashed until the pieces broke away from my body and at the last moment all I saw was a hammer that smashed my head in two.

The second, I began to choke and gave up my life to the scary girl in the red dress before a hammer came down and smashed my skull.


...and that second one wasn't a game over...
