It's a GBA SP/NDS phat female to male Gameboy Micro/DS Lite adapter.
I'm pretty sure that the male ends are for GBM and NDSL.
With this you can use a GBA SP adapter to charge your NDS phat, NDS Lite, GBA SP and GB Micro. Nifty

I don't have a GBA Micro or DS Lite to confirm this. Does any one else agree that this is what it is? I might end up selling it at some point, and I don't wanna falsely advertise what it is.

So the Micro plug was a one-off, right? It was never used for another Nintendo product? Not sure why it could not have been used for the DS lite.
