Re: Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Being a huge MGS fan, I was all snobby about this not being a "real" MGS game when I first saw footage of it. Some of the videos made Raiden look so over powered that Snake would basically be obsolete (The part where Raiden cuts a Metal Gear in half with his sword anyone?) Then I played the demo that came with ZOE, and I realized I had made a huge mistake! The demo rocked, it was fast, smooth, challenging, but still felt like you were in the MGS universe. I was sold after playing the demo, and will be picking it up for sure.

That basically sums up my thoughts and experience about the whole thing as well. I'm stoked.

I hope Kojima doesn't troll us again with 90 minute cutscenes in this.. MGS4 was a trying experience.

Long cutscenes are an integral part of MGS. It wouldn't be the same without them. And I for one really like them.Pulsar_t wrote:I hope Kojima doesn't troll us again with 90 minute cutscenes in this.. MGS4 was a trying experience.

Who's going to byte on the Limited Edition? It's $150 but do you think it will increase in value in the future??

Re: Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
I went for the LE when the MGS and ZotE HD collections were released, but those were $80 and $60, respectively. $150 is just too much for a single game. Passing.EvilRyu2099 wrote:Who's going to byte on the Limited Edition? It's $150 but do you think it will increase in value in the future??

Re: Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Does this limited edition come with a sword I can run around and slice fruit and/or sandwiches with?
