XBLA Soul Calibur

Post by baphomet_irl »

Overall I'm very happy with it I have to say, but one thing which REALLY annoys me is that the intro isnt in it???:S/*###

I love that intro, everything about it, the music and the way as you progress theyll change the characters in it etc. (much like TTT and Tekken3). I wish they hadnt left it out as I was looking forward to looking at it again. It is definitely my favourite game intro ever (apart from the ridiculously OTT intros for Wing Commander 3 + 4).

It cant have taken up much space, as it was in engine, not fmv, character anims wouldnt have been that big, oh well maybe there simply was not enough room AT ALL. (Ive heard MS are very strict about XBLA filesizes).

File size was also cited as a reason why they didn't include the mission mode...

I have to say - I do think its pretty stupid when you're able to buy XboX originals that are 4.45GB - like Crimson Skies, which I bought and love :)
