Mod not working

I have ordered a mod from Racketboy, however the disc will not spin. I have tried the 14th pin and the A+B method. Nither of them work. I have also filed the chip where it goes in smoothly. Any ideas?

thanks for the reply, I have done hours of reading it seems lol, when bypass the mod, the saturn works great. Hope this helps?

What is a tight fit when you plugged it in?

very tight then I filed it down now it fits good.
