I never imagined myself in a gaming universe , not that obsessed , but I think Shenmue would be the right choice. Its as close to real life as it gets, plus the Asian(Chinese, Japanese) world is a nice change from this part of the world. Plus its a safe environment , even Mario is more dangerous place .

That's honestly quite a hard one...

The Gears of War universe wouldn't be too bad. I would automatically be a giant Hulking badass that cuts white alien creatures in half with a chainsaw gun. (Plus, all the women have perfect figures, even if they are over 50 and make boots from kittens.)

Of course, Brutal Legend universe would be legit as hell.

Finally, I'd have to go with Harvest Moon. My life would be centered around finding a woman and getting drunk using the meager funds I made farming.

Personally, I would choose the Pokemon universe, specifically Gen II. ...Although I said Gen II, I'd probably prefer to live in Kanto. Saffron City is nice.

I loved your thought-out reasons! I'm with you. I'd live in Johto, but the post-Gen II regions would still exist. Maybe we'd be pen-pals by Pidgey.

My other choices would be Mass Effect 1, Fable II, or either of the Harvest Moons set in Forget-Me-Not Valley.

I'd have to say Grand Theft Auto myself. The worlds are so similar to ours but the jails literally have revolving doors, the health care is fairly cheap compared to ours and hookers everywhere.

Everything is fairly peaceful. Renewable resources are easy to get. I can always explore or build if I feel like being adventurous.
