Going to pick up my third pinball on Sunday afternoon. Look for pictures Sunday evening. I'm pretty damn excited.

You know the feeling.


Like when you saved up all summer to get the newest system. You go to the store and hand over all the money you've earned through blood, sweat, and tears. The guy hands over the NIB system and you can't believe you are holding it. Your savings quest has been completed but you know this was just the beginning of the journey you are about to embark on with your new hardware.

I love that feeling.

I had that feeling when I bought the WiiU.

Just, YES, a new system, in my hands, and I'm one of the first to get it.

It's a great feeling for sure.

I DO know that feeling. Congrats on the addition. What pins do you already own and what is the new one you're getting?
I'm hoping to purchase another one maybe in March. Not sure which one just yet.

My Sunday pickup is a Williams Flash - the pin that single handedly saved Williams back in '79. It's in good working order. My Lost World is also all set up but I still haven't got to replacing all the bulbs in it.... Some day.

I've been eying that one myself. I guess there's still a decent number of people playing FFXI in Japan?

Here's the thing though - FFXI is on the PC, Xbox 360, and PS2.

I suppose they couldn't release an expansion pack for just the PC and Xbox 360 - they'd be screwing over people who've been playing on PS2 this whole time.
