With grapes, remember to eat the skin (and the seeds if you're feeling adventurous -- I would stick with the extract in pill form) -- the fleshy part of the fruit is mostly water and sugar, the real nutrient is in the skin. Just make sure you wash them thoroughly to get rid of the any wax (shipping preservative) or weak pesticides that may remain. (Strong pesticides leech into the flesh of the fruit.)

Ditto with skins from almost anything else, such as potato skins and chicken skin. The only negatives are that most cuisine calls for deep-frying those things. Or in the case of animal skins, the layer of subcutaneous fat is difficult to remove (and often gets cooked and soaked within the skin causing that delicious flavour).
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Hemorrhoids.

It's a dirty job, but someone's gotta talk about it...

So you're suffering right now and you want a quick fix? No problem...

- Drink a glass of hot water with cayenne pepper and ginger. Cayenne is good for your heart and veins, and since hemmies are enlarged veins...
Cayenne Pepper: A most effective remedy, cayenne stabilizes blood pressure. In fact, it is the best thing that can be taken to strengthen the entire cardiovascular system. Cayenne stabilizes the blood so that it both stops bleeding and prevents blood clots. Cayenne cleanses clogged arteries, and it has been known to repair a damaged heart. Drinking one teaspoon of cayenne in warm water will stop a heart attack in less than a minute. One teaspoon taken daily in warm water or mixed with juice (no sugar, no additives) will bring instant results in stabilizing blood pressure. If one teaspoon is too much for the beginner, start with a quarter of a teaspoon and work up.
- Make a garlic ointment (crush one clove with pestle and mortar) and rub it on your anus / hemmies. This will burn like a motherfucker, to the point that you almost faint, but after 15 minutes the burn will start to go away and you'll breathe a sigh of relief. Preferably do this just before going to bed...

So you're ready to make some long term changes to help you keep your little friends under control? No problem...

- Need to take a dump? Don't sit down. Squat instead. Squatting is the more natural way to defecate and was the way to shit until halfway through the 19th century...

- If possible, do not use toilet paper. A bidet is ideal. A bucket and shower head will do just fine too. I'm sure you can figure something out...

- Keep drinking hot water with cayenne and ginger daily. And use them for making food too.

- Don't eat stuff that constipates you, or gives you the runs. Straining is bad for your cornholio...

- No excessive smoking.

You're welcome...
