Have you tried the compressed air I recommended?

Yes thank you, I did. It is strange, when the unit is plugged in for a while (with the under powered power supply) it seems to finally get enough juice to spin the disc, but it doesn't spin very fast and the disc will load, but not past the start screen and it usually freezes...so this leads me to believe that it isn't getting enough power. I think the right power supply should make it spin properly and fix the issue, but I am not sure yet. I should have my power supply in first week of Feb so I will let you know.
