No no, I mean the Christmas Special following Season 3.. there was one between Season 2 and 3, but then there's another that aired on 12/25, I believe. I didn't know about it until a couple of weeks ago.

OK I'm confused. When you mentioned you saw it, you said it was before Season 3. There was another christmas special that aired after season 3 this last december. That one contains what I was talking about but I dont want to say anything in case you haven't watched it.
So lets clear the air: What was the last thing you saw on the show. The last scene. (spoiler tag it!)

OK, yes. I mean a post season 3 special. I'm going by UK airdates, sorry. I didn't know if it was still airing on US television or if it had finished as well. Yes, there's an special after the eighth(?) episode of Season 3. I did see the post-Season 2 Christmas episode where
I gather you mean a different, post-season 3 one? I will watch it after PBS finishes airing the season or after I break down and torrent to jump ahead of the US airing.

I honestly believe that the Battlestar Galactica reboot was inspired in some ways by Firefly. There's even a cameo of the ship from Firefly in the pilot episode. There are certain similarities in how both shows were shot and directed. Firefly would have become an AMAZING show if it hadn't been cancelled.
