So happy birthday?
Moderation is key, always have a little bit of everything, always keep moving, and always stay hydrated. (But not to the point you get water poisoning or where you dilute your body chemistry too much?)
I mean, I enjoy walnuts, almond milk, and apples... despite being allergic, highly allergic, and deathly allergic to them. They'll probably do more good than bad in the long term. Short term? I've gotta chug everything down with a 32 oz. glass of water so air can seep down my throat.
Stuff that is good / bad for your health...

My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

But I guess doing so makes your body get used to the allergens too.
Which will make the allergy less severe over time. Right?...

Use clear 5% vinegar to clean your toilet, bathroom, kitchen, floors and windows instead of chlorine bleach and other chemical shit...
Use organic ACV (apple cider vinegar) in your kitchen (food) and bathroom (personal hygiene). For food purposes try to find one with some sediment in the bottle, not the filtered kind...
Here's a tip that may help some people. Ever had a hard time cleaning your penis and making it smell free? Try cleaning your glans penis with a little ACV before and after you shower. The vinegar smell goes away within minutes, and you're left with a smell free fresh dickhead...
Don't laugh, try it. You can thank me later...
ACV is also good as a deodorant substitute. It won't irritate your skin like normal deodorant does and feeds the skin. Again, the vinegar smell goes away within a few minutes. You may need to reapply a few times during day if you sweat a lot, and it may stain your white T-shirt, especially if you don't wait untill your armpits are dry...
EDIT Yes, can also be used for female hygiene. ACV should help to get rid of toxins and bacteria that is causing vaginal odor and keep yeast infections at bay...

I use vinegar to clean my bathroom.
However, deodorant is something I can't afford to give up. Nor am I willing to put it on several times a day. Yeah, it's bad for you, but oh well.

Wow. Well okay.
As the husband of a cutie with a cold, I tell her to ditch the nose kettle that looks like a smurf weenie and to eat up on prepared horseradish and Kim Chi.
Could be me, but I prefer a night full of fermented cabbage breath over coughing and sinus breath.

Thanks for the horseradish tip. Don't think I ever ate horseradish before. Need to change that...
Oh, while you're at it. I know regular radishes are good for your lungs too. Sometimes I mix some radishes in my cats' food for that purpose since they have chronic feline upper respiratory disease...
As for the neti pot. Maybe try adding a little ACV, cayenne powder, and ginger powder. The burning sensation will go away after a few minutes and she should be left with a much clearer nose. Use warm water, but not too hot either...

Make sure it is prepared horseradish. It's "American Wasabi" without the food coloring.elmagicochrisg wrote:

Yup. That's the smurf wiener pot. It's useless. Maybe cayenne powder would help out a bit.

Ed Norton in American History X would say that even with sufficient lube it can still tear the rectum.MrPopo wrote: With insufficient lubricant that can tear the lining of the rectum.
Etymology note! The word rectum translates to "To rule, or straighten the body".
