Guess I'll be selling my Saturn Vampire Savior.

Darkstalkers series is one of my favorites, I personally feel that the art design is unrivaled. I haven't been playing many fighting games in the last 10 years or so, but recently I whipped out Night Warrior: Darkstalkers Revenge on Saturn and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Speaking of which, Resurrection includes: Vampire Hunter/Night Warriors, and Vampire Savior... so parts 2+3, not 1+3. There are also remixed versions of Vampire Hunter and Savior on cps2 (VH2+ VS2) which basically has slight tweeking and several swapped characters. I think the console ports of Savior/DS3 have the addition features in the re-release though.

Not really when you stop to think about it. The series has a much more dedicated following in japan, especially among the serious fighting game community.

A build of the game was playable at So Cal Regionals. Got some hands on time with it yesterday.

I didn't realize it was so popular... anywhere. Haha. Is one of the games in the series a mainstay of tournaments or anything?
