FFVII Snowboarding mini game for psp

I wondered if it was possible to extract the snowboarding minigame from ffvii and play it in isolation via psx emulation on psp.

Anything's possible, but afaik nobody's done it yet. It would be very difficult and take a lot of effort and knowledge of Playstation dissassembly or the layout of Final Fantasy 7's executable structure. It would actually involve hacking the rest of the game out of an iso along with some other tweaks.

I've heard you can use savestates in PS1 Eboot games by using a cheating program called CoderPR. That would be the easiest way to get directly into the Snowboarding minigame.
