Just wanted to add that Games Plus in Webster, Texas has closed down. Also, I'd like to vouch for Player 1 video games in Friendswood, Texas - excellent gaming store run by a legit collector. Oodles of obscurities for sale there - like a boxed European TG 16 for example. I much prefer them to Game Over.

Another one for Ontario is Gamerama
2370 Yonge Street
Toronto, ON M4P 2E6
(416) 487-5501

They're not exclusively retro; more of a mixed electronics that focuses on the games. Having said that, at least half the store is dedicated to retro games, with their best selection being in NES, SNES, and N64. They also do really good console repairs if you have the funds (often it's cheaper in the long run to buy a new-used system than repair one)

Anyway, I'm calling out to my fellow Torontonians: where are all the game stores? There's got to be more!

-1 to Land of The Gods in Macon Georgia.

They are extremely unorganized, and none of their games have prices on them, you have to take the box and ask for the price. Problem is you can never tell who is or isn't somebody that works there.

How are their prices these days? I'll be in Macon this weekend and was going to stop by there. I'm hoping they still have good deals but it's been a couple of years now since I've been so I don't know what to expect.

Wow, that's a lot of closed stores. My condolences. :( Anyway, sorry that the list hasn't been tended to lately; it's up to date now.
