Picked up a few new things over the past 3 weeks...had a few good scores. Spent about $200 total on everything below. Most everything is from Flea Markets, Thrift Stores, Garage Sales, or Craigslist...no Ebay. Threw in a couple photos of some other vintage 80's-90's items I found at the thrift...non video game related :) Thanks for looking!

Nice collection, but arent you afraid of someone stealing anything from your collection as the office, like the Janitor?

Also i love turtles, although i have none still sealed.

Good question....but I installed a lock on the door that houses most of the stuff...and I also installed a lock on my office door. We are a small company of only about 30 people, it is like a family, so we trust most everyone. The only worry would be the janitor, but we sell expensive broadcast equipment and therefore have many very expensive camera systems, etc lying around...so if he wanted to steal something, it would be those. But just in case we also have surveillance cams inside.

Hi guys, just wanted to give a little update, not that anyone cares. :D I am moving my collection this week, as our company is moving offices. For those of you who remember my collection is housed at my office. So I am taking this opportunity to redo the video game and toy room. I am rebuilding my console setup (found a nice component cabinet that will fit about 10 of my consoles in a rack style enclosure and I am connecting everything to my new 19in Sony Broadcast PVM monitor.

Also, 2 weeks ago I finally was told that my application to be on the Travel Channel show Toy Hunter was accepted. After numerous phone interviews with the directors and producers, many emails and photos back and fourth, they are coming out this Saturday to film for Season 2 of Toy Hunter. This is for the Chicago episode. For more details, you can follow our Facebook page, we will be posting updates.

Thanks! Retrovision

When you get a chance could you take some more photos of those old soda bottles you have? Soda happens to be a fascination of mine and have my own small collection as well, so I would love to see more of yours.

Updated pictures below. We finally completed the move into our new office and I finished (for now) setting up my video game collection in my office. Still have a few things to fix and organize, but almost done. If anyone cares, here are the changes....

-Picked up a few new Sega items in the past 2 weeks- A mint complete Menacer, Mint Sealed Sega Game Genie, Sega Genesis Cleaning Cart, Sega Dual Turbo Wireless System in box.

-Picked up a component cabinet at a thrift store and finally connected all of the systems in my office to the Sony PVM 19in Broadcast Monitor...I have the following connected to the PVM with a switch- Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, SNES Mini, Sega Gen 2, PS1, N64 Ice Funtastic, Atari 2600. My other systems are connected to my TV at home...those are Wii U, Wii, SNES 1, NES, PS2, XBOX, PS3, XBOX 360. Then I have some systems not connected- Atari Flashback 3, my spare Atari 2600, Nintendo Gamecube, Wii 25th Anniversary Edition, Virtual Boy.

-I also have all my Wii and Wii U games, as well as my PS3 and XBOX 360 games at home...those systems are connected to my 65in Panasonic Plasma.

-I have my Dreamcast box and my Sony PS3 box at home in my closet, I need to remember to bring them in and add them to the display.

-Finally organized my controllers a little better. Larger arcade style ones are on the shelf, but all the others are in plastic bins, which works our well.

I also finally paid to have my original The Wizard movie poster professionally framed.
