This site just popped up recently, it has what appears to be 2 FFVI style Behemoth silhouettes and 4 player silhouettes that look to be from FFV maybe. The coloring however, suggests it has something to do with FFVI, I guess we'll find out on the 17th. The spoiler below is a snapshot of the webpage for those who don't want to click the link.

Edit: Futher investigations reveal that this may just be related to the "All The Bravest" trademark.

There are more character silhouettes on the site now. Definitely reeks of FFV and FFVI at the moment. I'd put my money on iOS ports as well.

Game companies never make teaser sites to announce something interesting. So my bet is on iOS ports as well.

Seems like SE has become so bland and uninteresting the last few years - game companies like Atlus, XSEED, Bandai-Namco, and NIS are the only ones even releasing true RPGs now, even though SE were such pioneers of the genre in the nineties. Oh how the mighty have fallen...

Even if it was a 3DS remake it would probably be akin to the FF3 and 4 remakes for the DS, which have a bit of a mixed reception from fans.

well I think 3 was a good remake. 4 was really not up to standard when compared with the original. I think a 6 remake deserves a good budget, but I don't see SE doing that. Yeah....

I don't give a crap what it's on, if it's a remake/re-release of FFVI, I'm on it. It's my favorite game in the series, and needs more of the love SquareEnix gives FFIV.
