Title says it all. I just got my PS2 modded more or less solely to play my PAL import copy of Forbidden Siren 2, and it is working but there are some serious problems. During skippable cutscenes the game will invariably freeze at some point. The game will also freeze during the lead-up to the title screen if I do not press start immediately to get into the menu. Oddly enough, when I am actually playing a level if there is a cutscene in the middle of it that can not be skipped then it will play out without freezing (so far, at least).
This is better than when I tried emulating the game in that I can at least get past the first level and as far as I can tell the game may even be beatable now, but if I have to skip every skippable cutscene I am going to miss out on a lot of the game's story and atmosphere.
Any ideas as to what could be the problem here?
