Hexagon pieces just won't stop slamming into me.

Some guy in a drab suit and hat killed me with lasers as he teleported all over the place. Sin & Punishement on the Wii.

I deftly dodged flying head with snakes coming out of it, but overestimated the distance and fell in between two platforms.

Nah, Death Angel: Space Hulk. Card game from Fantasy Flight, super claustrophobic and intense and hard to beat.
