Put light pressure on the modchip towards the left (if you're facing the front of the system.) Try to run a game with the door close switch held down at the same time and see if it works.

Did the system respond normally and properly when you had the modchip out of it? If the install was done correctly then there ya go, the modchip has failed.

Yes i think so.... i think the chip its not working well...
