Sync Problem?

Im not really good with building that kind of stuff. I have the chip that is needed and I have a extra scart male/male laying around that would need to be male/female. Do you know anyone that could help me out?

Yeah I don't know what to tell you if you aren't really comfortable soldering. You don't have any friends who could help with that?
