I did that once with one of the cheap dvd bins.

My wife and I were poking through them, and we were pissed that we couldn't find anything in the pile, so we sat there for a few minutes and organized the whole damn thing.

Still didn't buy anything though.

I remember doing that in the videogames section of a local toy store once. The lady that worked there said I shouldn't do that. It was store policy to have the cheap games in a bin like that. If her boss would see them all nicely sorted he would not be pleased she said...
