noiseredux Sega collection - 12/31/2012
On my blog (in my sig) I've been posting month-end lists of all the Sega stuff I've picked up each month. But I thought it might be fun to compile all the pictures into a single thread for you guys to see. I started seriously collecting Sega CD, Saturn and Dreamcast stuff sometime back in the Summer. Dreamcast is really the focus of my collection, but I've added SCD and Saturn stuff as deals have found their way to me as well.

Strangely just at my local mom-n-pop retro store that I hit up like once a week. It's so hit or miss. They'll have months of droughts on DC stuff and then a bunch of cool shit. Anyway, a few months ago he got in a big pile of JPN games. I grabbed the DP3 for like $2 or $3 actually. He's still got other stuff but I only get JPN games if they were not released in the US. Though he's got the DOA2 LE for $10 which seems a fair price. I just don't think there's much reason to get it if I already have the US version.pierrot wrote: Where'd you pick up the Dream Passport 3?
Not sure. I got it in anticipation of Together Retro this year, so I haven't fired it up yet since I know I'll be playing it then. Also, how's Bubble Bobble on the Saturn?

Looking good sir. It appears that you're having luck at getting stuff in good cases for the SCD and SAT games.

lol, my X'Eye plays Gen games just fine. We have a stack of em around here. It's just not what I'm interested in collecting right now. But I grew up with Genesis and SMS. I have love for both systems. I'm just really into collecting disc-based games these days.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:Somebody hook this man up with an s-video modified Genesis 1 and a stack of carts stat!
