Get me the neo geo experience

Post by RCBH928 »

Hi everyone,..

When I was young my friend had a neo geo and I couldn't be more amazed by the console that had arcade joystick in your home!! and the amazing graphics are nothing less...

I am wondering, can any one tell me how can I get neo geo experience with out selling my kidney's for it, even if I buy the system, to buy the games is going to turn me into a very poor person.

do you think emulation is the solution? pc or vc? where can I get an arcade joystick?

or is neo-geo emulation in an early stage right now

Neo Geo's can still be expensive and so are the rarer games.
Emulation is damn near perfect and has been for a long time IMO.

Aren't they releasing a Neo Geo stick for the Wii? If so then I would think VC is the way to go.

It's already out here (Japan) but I never saw anything for a US release date...

Ok this is crazy, but given that not al games you want will be released on VC, this what happens

you connect your neo-geo stick to wiimote , and thus to ur pc....
your pc runs emulation, and run a wire to your TV...
thats like owning a neo-geo with all games, and free yeah?!

I found that a lot of really good neo geo games came out for dreamcast.
