What single player FPS campaign are you playing?
Re: What single player FPS campaign are you playing?
Indeed, assuming Eidos Montreal makes another, let's hope they don't do that ever again.

Cool I'll save some praxis for my next boss fight and get the typhoon thing. I've got like 6 praxis now since I don't really have anything I need upgraded, I've mostly sat on them since I feel upgraded enough.
I'm trying to get through this shipping yard and it's kind of a pain in the ass. I think I'm going to dump some grenades and hope for the best.

That reminds me how insanely good the gas grenades were in that game. There's a certain part in the game when you're in this huge tower and have to get out basically, get ambushed with what seemed like a dozen guards... and I remember just dropping a gas grenade or two and it cleared out the entire group. lol

Yea I love those things. I just wish there were more.Xeogred wrote:That reminds me how insanely good the gas grenades were in that game. So I learned (or didn't learn) 5 times in a row when you use a mine that you can set it off and kill yourself. I kept alerting everyone so I would hide in a room with a mine at the door and kill everyone through this window them try to just walk out and pick my mine back up only to be blown up and and reload

MOHAA Spearhead is hard as balls -- JUST got back from doing the 2nd mission -- at least medals are just *awarded* after the missions here, as they're well deserved! These expansion packs make this game HUGE!

I finished Spec Ops: The Line, and now I've moved on to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It's so interesting to play them right next to each other.
Spec Ops: The Line is basically an indictment of Call of Duty games and other forms of rah-rah patriotism for war.

Yeah, I remember crawling my way through Spearhead. I haven't been following your progress, so have you gone through Breakthrough yet, or are you doing Spearhead first?ExedExes wrote:MOHAA Spearhead is hard as balls -- JUST got back from doing the 2nd mission -- at least medals are just *awarded* after the missions here, as they're well deserved! duke nukem forever

Feel no shame, Luke. None whatsoever.Luke wrote:duke nukem forever

I thought Duke Nukem Forever was okay. Wasn't great but wasn't complete trash like many made it out to be. Worth the $5 I spent on it. Biggest problem I had with it was the pacing, which they solved in the DLC.
