If you want, I can give you very detailed instructions of what you can do and where to do them. What is your brother-in-law really into besides games? I don't want to type long recommendations for things he has no interest in.
I don't want to be a negative Nancy, but Book Offs in Tokyo are a bit of a let down. You have to travel outside Tokyo's borders to really get the good stuff.

If there ever was an article with vast amounts of exaggerations and misinformation, this would be it.

So basically it's a typical Cracked article.

And if not can you see if he can find me some Virtual Cameraman games??

If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

4 Months I'd see the whole country. Get wasted in Sopporo vist the Aniu Museiums. Hit up Kyoto and take a piss on the front steps of Nintendo HQ. (ok not really) Hit up some Arcades in Osaka since Osaka is the Arcade town. Hit up Tokyo...get drunk. then continue criss crossing the country hitting up Hard Off stores buying people's old shit.
Probably try to have sex with as many Japanese (legal) teenagers as possible.

In response to that article:
#5: So very true. Japanese people can't even use computers. I've only been back a year and already I've had to teach two Japanese teachers how to use e-mail. I put together a computer over the summer and people think I'm some sort of genius. Very true about the ATMs.
#4: Yes, homes in Japan are terrible. No central heating and air, and little insulation properties. Crap.
#3: Whatever. Go to the emergency care clinic if you have a problem. This is misinformation.
#2: Well duh. My wife lived in America for 9 years and everyone treated her as an outsider, too. Americans are stupid and assume that everyone that everyone from Asia is Chinese. It doesn't matter how many times my wife told people she was Japanese. She was still Chinese. Moreover, many people have to stop and think, "How do I talk to someone from Japan?" ...Instead of just talking to her like she's just another person, which is what she wanted anyway. Maybe I am exaggerating, but Americans also have a hard time accepting foreigners too. And you have to learn English or else, pretty much (unless you speak Spanish.) The rest of this point is the guy bitching about how Japanese people don't speak fluent English. Sorry pal, go live in Singapore instead and see if you're happier there.
#1: This is true. People get the stupidest ideas about Japan. Idiots on 4chan and other places pretend to hate Japan, yet all they do is go out of their way to find weird crap about the country and pretend to be offended. Anyone who actively seeks out bizarre pornography is not the type of person who has the right to be offended.

Guys like you perpetuate the stupid idea that Japanese women just immediate drop their pants and spread eagle at the sight of foreigners, and that Japan is some sexual playground ripe for your conquest. Guys with your lousy attitude come here, most likely go home empty-handed, and end up making the rest of us foreigners who are serious about living here (and serious about loving a Japanese woman) look bad by association and piss everyone off. Stay home, please.
