I don't think gaming has "taken its toll" as much as my computer use has. I doubt it's made my vision worse, but it certainly contributes to my eye dryness and occasional twitching.
Yeah, I've always figured my frequent computer use has been a factor with my eye dryness.

I've been nearsighted and hairy-palmed since I was 25 (30 now), but I've never had any headaches or dizzy spells until last year. I thought it was the eyes so I would take frequent breaks from the computer and it would go away. But during the full medical checkup for work, it turns out the dizzy spells and headaches were because I had high blood pressure. Had nothing to do with the eyes. Went away after a change in diet and a daily schedule of 30 minute brisk walks.
