It is, but the only other great series you can only play on 360 is Halo.
And Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts. Just because it's different from the first two games doesn't mean it's bad. In fact, I'd say it's a much better reason to get a 360 than GOW and Halo.

Xenoblade, Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, and Super Mario Galaxy were all pretty awesome. I still have tons of Wii stuff I want to hit up, especially Galaxy 2.

I want in on it too.

PC > Wii > 360 > PS3

Anyhow, my favorite Wii game so far is Sin & Punishment.

-Wii Sports - hehe..

-Goldeneye: 007 - one of the games i enjoyed especially with the racketboy members meet-up thread. i still comeback to it from time to time and there is still a lot of players available online to play with.

-Mario Kart Wii - another game i enjoyed playing with fellow racketboy members and local friends.

-Super Mario Galaxy - a large upgrade to Super Mario 64 to me. Very fun, yet to try Part 2 but I'll get there.

-LOZ: Skyward Sword - i had fun with this game when it first came out. definitely one of the better Zelda games made.

-Capcom vs Tatsanuko - i don't really enjoyed VS series too much but this one was definitely enjoyable to me.

-Sonic All-Star Racing - i also have the 360 copy, but i have more friends playing this so this is my version to play.

-New Super Mario Bros Wii - fun with friends, fun alone. it's 2D Mario game, what's not to love about this formula.

-Ivy the Kiwi - love this puzzle gem, sometimes i can't drop my controller to do one more stage.

-Crusin' - same formula as previous installment but you can customized your cars even more. one of the last Midway games releases, i still find this series fun...and this is probably their last hooray.

-Castlevania Rebirth (Wiiware) - i'm a big castlevania fan and i enjoyed this one even though it's a bit short.

-Contra Rebirth (Wiiware) - i'm also a Contra fan, another short one....but it was fun overall.

^these are the Wii games i played often and i have more in my library i have yet to try or play more (so i can't really comment on those entirely). even if the Wii is 110% done i'm sure i'll still be enjoying these games and other games i have yet to try (that i've been meaning to...like Kirby Return to Dreamland, Donkey Kong Country Returns, etc.). :)

The Wii had quite a few good games, because we're doing it:

PC > PS3 > Wii > 360

The only problem I ever had with the Wii was that I didn't care enough about it to have it set up all the time. With my WiiU, I plan to go back and revisit quite a few original Wii games. There are quite a few neat exclusives buried under all the shit.

I had some very good times with Goldeneye and some fellow members here.

Mario Galaxy is simply the best 3D platformer I ever played.

I wish the WiiU were region free. I have Japanese Wii games.. Need to decide whether to sell them or keep my Wii around to collect dust and maybe get set up once every year or so.

This is how I feel about the 360 with import STGs. I didn't buy any of them because I don't have a J-360 and didn't feel like importing one when I had a US 360 previously. I'll probably buy in to it though this spring when the Cave collection comes out. Region locking is annoying but I guess I understand why they do it in some cases.

I actually ... haven't really dug into the majority of my Wii games yet ... owned the damn thing since launch and I've focused on very few games. Out of those, the ones I've thought were the best are:

Super Mario Galaxy 2
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Punch-Out!!
Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbarous' Treasure

A lot of games I simply haven't spent enough time with yet: Both zeldas, Xenosaga, Last Story, Fragile Dreams, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Muramasa, Mad World, No More Heroes, A Boy and His Blob ... I still plan on it, though. So, maybe I'll update this later.

Everything I would have brought up has already been said, with the exception of:

Sonic Colors
NiGHTS Journey of Dreams

I absolutely adored both of these games, as well as a huge number of titles that everyone's already discussed.

Definitely a great console with a great library, and there are still several more games I need to get.
