I don't know how much you would be stuck on the idea of having the original, but something like that wouldn't be to hard to build.

I have a cab like that..or maybe the Canadian version. I got it from Zellers when they were bought by Walmart.. They are still being sold right now in parts of Canada,, If someone could tell me how to post a pic i would show you mine..

I would have probably picked it up for that price of $125. :)

The only trick would be the marquee, but you could talk to someone who makes MAME cab marquees or get a piece of glass etched.
