Pinky and the Brain was a much smarter show than Animaniacs.
It also got way better after leaving the show.

Prime, better than Super Metroid?

Come on. You can't be serious. I liked Prime, yes. I thought it was going to be a huge mistake to make it an FPS, but it turned out great. MP2 was pretty decent too, and I never played MP3 because it's unplayable.

But better than Super Metroid? No. That's like saying Chrono Cross was better than Trigger, and we all know that Cross was a joke and a terrible game.

As for the Frasier/Cheers argument, I have to say that it's apples and oranges. Cheers was funny, goofy, and very 80s. Frasier was more about Frasier Crane, who was arguably the most boring character on Cheers (except for Diane).

But they (Frasier and Diane) were both pretentious jerkoffs that were more interested in being cultured and snooty than anything else. And that's how I see the Fraiser show. It was funny, sure. I didn't watch it religiously, but it was humorous. Just not as funny (and in a different way) than Cheers. I just wasnt as huge a fan of the style of comedy. It was like an entire episode of Cheers based on Frasier. Yuck.

Plus, as someone stated, there was no Cliffy on Fraiser. I mean come on.

I'm going to assume you've ever never tried MP3, or are missing your right hand. Those are the only explanations for your statement about MP3.

As a big fan of SG:C2C (I even imported volumes 4 and 5 from Australia) who has never watched The Brak Show, I'd like to hear what makes TBS better than Space Ghost.

Basically the same show, with more Brak and more singing.

I'd argue the Brak Show was more of a continuation than a spin off. Not exactly sure how to describe what I mean.

Well, I'll say I like the Mana games better than any FF. I liked Puss in Boots better than most Shreck movies. I loved both Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs. I liked Daria, but I've always found Beavis and Butthead to be a bit funnier.

I dont know how any one can find Beavis and Butt-head funny. That laughter is so irritating that I cant even finish watching a one single episode. And it's all they do.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

Beavis and Butthead is amazing, and just hearing thier laughter makes me crack up. It took me a long time to appreciate, but once I got it, I couldn't stop watching. That laughter is like their own language, in a world only they understand.

I can see how someone would not like it, its defintiely not for everyone, but at the same time I think a lot of people judge the show too quickly in thinking its just about the shock factor. There is actually some really deep (huh huh) stuff expressed in their ignorance.

Speaking of which, King of the Hill is a pretty great spinoff. Not sure I'd say its better than B&B, or that B&B is better than King, but its worht mentioning.

Strange that Beavis and Butthead had 2 spinoffs. Judge had nothing to do with Daria as far as I know though.

It was wagglemotion only, with no option for a real control scheme. I tried playing it and it was horrid to control, so I stopped about an hour in. It was atrocious. I can't speak about the game/story itself because I couldn't stand it's retarded force-you-to-use-it control scheme.
