Re: What are you playing?
I was messing around with a couple games last night, not really committing to anything but just sporadically bouncing back and forth between different games and doing quick play sessions of them. I played the first two stages of Orcs Must Die 2 and it was fun, though it picked up in intensity quickly enough that I feel the game is probably weighted towards co-op. Certainly wouldn't be the first time I soloed something that leans a bit more towards multi-player though, that's how I've been playing Borderlands 2. Probably improves my gaming skills, or so I'd like to think
I also played Sleeping Dogs on PC (so many damn good sales on Steam and GOG this holiday)for just one or two missions. I had the high res texture pack and I definitely noticed a improvement in visuals compared to the 360 version that I already played and beat this year. It wasn't like night and day, but it was still noticeable and kind of makes me want to replay the whole game on PC at some point. I'm sure the game must look amazing to people with high end computers. I tried running it at max settings on my PC and the whole game just got super choppy and slow LOL. So I know my PC's limits now, but on normal settings the game still looks better than my 360 copy and runs smoothly.
I also played a little bit of Sam and Max Save the World episode 2 and I laughed quite a bit. I'm feeling like the Sam and Max games have become funnier than the Monkey Island games.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary
Plays exactly the same as the original, but looks a heck of a lot better. You can quickly toggle between the upgraded and original graphics with the back button, which mainly serves to highlight how far graphics have come in 10 years. I never realized how open and barren the original looked till today.

For the last couple of days I've been playing Fishing Resort. It's surprisingly fun, considering I've never been much for fishing games.

Re: What are you playing?
Recently I've been playing The Walking Dead on my ipad. I remember how people told me that I really, really had to play it, but I was like "...nah, doesn't seem that good"
Yesterday however, I looked at my pile of microbiology books and papers and decided to give it a try anyway. I was instantly hooked and played for hours (which is something I rarely do)
Overall, quite an awesome game!

Playing Ico. I was never really a big fan of this game as I played SotC first.
It's kind of difficult going from killing giant monsters to a hand-holding simulator.
Another note: This game looks like garbage on my tv. I've moved up to an HDTV and I have my PS2 hooked up via component cables so I should be getting the best picture quality possible. Maybe this game is better played on the HD re-release?

Just finished Time Crisis 3 for 24 minutes w/o a single damage. To further prove that, it was on "hard" mode.
