More FFXIII, chapter X is insanely difficult and the crystariums got expanded so now I have to spend more crystarium points in each character.

Nice, I am in Chapter 11 at the moment, so we are just about in the same spot. I was quite surprised to find some normal enemies that could kill me. Not normal in a FF game.

One thing I have been frustrated by so far is upgrading. It always seems like I am broke. It takes so much to level a weapon/accessory, and I am always worried that I am just leveling something up to something that won't end up being worth it.

Get 36 Sturdy Bones, they are cheap and they give you a X3 multiplier for upgrades. At chapter 11 you should be able to farm some of the best components for item and weapon upgrades.

And yeah, the difficulty goes up after chapter X, it's kind of ridiculous, the game was challenging but not like this...

But hey, it's still easier than the hands of time puzzles in XIII-2.

Yeesh. Trying to find a bonfire somewhere in Blighttown on Dark Souls. Apparently, there is one in the swamp somewhere, but I have yet to find it. That and the poison is a bit of a bitch...

I've been stuck here for like a week too.

I'm guessing that you got there by going through the depths then descended from there and didn't take the short cut. When you get to the ground in the swamps turn right and hug the wall. It's in a little tunnel that looks like a sewer, it's super close.

How are you liking the game so far? I've probably played dark souls more then any other game this year.

Nope, went through the gate in Londo Ruins, down the tunnel with the fat club wielding guys, then moved to the bottom, where I became lost.

Its good, although hard. Music is plain and bland, but cranking some power metal in the background changes the whole feel for the better.

So when you're in Blighttown, there are two bonfires. One is on a stone bridge, and one is in the swamp. When you come down the ramp to the swamp hug the right wall and look for the sewar Flex wood mentions. Or, if you're at the elevator section, hug the left wall.

In that case it's along the wall on the left of the wheel thing that brings you down.

The worst part about Blighttown was those damn cursing (or plague? it was worse than poison) blowdart enemies. Luckily if I remember right they didn't respawn after taking them out.

Plague. Yea screw those guys. They are really hard to see if you're trying to snipe them, but on the bright side there are only 3 or 4 that you actually have to pass the others are just out of the way by some semi decent loot.

There's some interesting rule 34 out there for those. They are Dino butts I believe.
