N64 Passport Plus video output on PAL

I'm about to buy a Passport III Plus for my N64 and wondering how would NTSC 60Hz games look like on my PAL console.
I have some assumption:

a. framerate and speed unaltered without borders
b. framerate drops, speed unaltered with borders
c. both framerate and speed affected without borders
d. both framerate and speed affected with borders

does anyone have tested it?

You should get some form of PAL60. I don't know about game compatibility.

Finding an NTSC N64 if necessary is no issue though! Europeans take for granted how unfathomably common they are. Even I own three units at the moment.
