Well im considering it... again.

Was is the key word. It's nothing now. And I've often wondered why you don't fix it! Come on!

Also, Ryan. For god sakes please never bring back that cat with the machine gun. I hated that. The microsoft symbol is really cool compared to that.

Amen! Reminded me of my childhood when I thought that sort of thing was cool, so it was retro in a round about way :P

Dan's person has always perplexed me. I just don't know what's going on in that mind of his.

You say that now, but when you feel the sudden urge to throw down in Fighter's History, I'll be waiting!

STFU you self patronizing brit. I work hard for everything I get and I do appreciate older games more than you think. My dad has been making 20,000 a year for about 4 years now due to his old manager running the company into the ground so I get practically nothing from him and work overhours on weekends so I can enjoy the luxuries I have. You call me selfish? I almost always have folding at home running on my PS3 and donate several cans of food to food drives whenever I see one. Mabe YOU should be less selfish and stop pricking about me and worry more about the discustion. I mean seriously, you never seem to have anything constructive to say after any of my posts. If you dont like my posts ignore me. I admit my faults, you do not, if you want my honest opinion you make just as many low and worthless posts as I do. Look in the mirror once in a while would you?
What does my nationality have to do with this discussion? Maybe the reason I don't have anything constructive to say after any of your posts is because your posts are pointless. The only post i've seen you make that was actually worth something was your post on the decent psp games. That's it.

How dare you criticize my contribution to the forum. How many problems have you helped solve on this forum. How many people have had benefitted positively from my posts. It's a hell of a lot more than you. Hell I've even helped Mozgus out on occasion and we don't even see eye to eye. Maybe if you look back the times i've tried helping you you've spat it back in my face, this probably goes some way to explaining the way I reply to your posts.

I still think that you are too young to understand the real value of anything yet. The amount of fads and phases you have gone through on this forum is staggering. First you were a Sega junkie, then Sony, then Microsoft then Sony and now Microsoft again... Dude. Get a grip. Get some stability. At least choose a stance and stick with it.

Besides I contributed my opinion to your thread anyway so your point that I never contribute is bogus. If you don't like my opinion that is not my fault. I think if you really aren't happy with what you have got then sell it in the vain hope that the next shiny toy brings you happiness. There is a few other people that share that same view so I'm not saying something just to spite you.

My parents split up when I was very young. My mum brought me up on her own. I had to buy every console I own (except one, which was a NES I got for christmas, even that was a hand me down from my uncle) with my hard earned cash. So don't talk about all this hard-time growing up bullshit. We all have a hard time growing up. Some people just get lucky. It's those people who have everything provided for that I truly feel sorry for.

I've got consoles that i've had since before you were born. They all have sentimental value for me. You can't say that, and I feel sorry for you that you don't have those kinds of memories or that kind of attachment. Especially seeing as you've already sold your collection before.

At the end of the day, if you don't enjoy playing retro games don't play them. Beyond sentimentality I can't see a reason that anyone would play a lot of retro games. Some games have aged extremely badly over the years. Like somebody else said, if you're not enjoying playing the games then you are just pushing buttons.

I never understood Dan, why does he exist? He's so pointless… Didn't Capcom put him in as a joke?

Yeah, pretty much. That's actually kinda the reason I always liked him. He's a horrible character, but...it's like beating somebody down with Roll in MvsC, you know? I've had days where to prove I could handle Capcom games, I've beaten down my friends' best characters with Dan. Why? Because of those evil stares I'd get afterward, where they'd know all the trash they had talked got them absolutely nowhere. Dan is there to prove you are a God! You gotta love him!

Man, fighters are great!
