Hm. If I go to see THE HOBBIT at midnight tonight that will mean I'll probably get home in time for lunch the following day.
May just watch the trailers and ditch. Staying up until 4-5am on a work night simply doesn't make sense.
What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I watched the first Nightmare on Elm Street recently. I'd never seen any of them. It was kinda funny, but kinda lame.
I guess I expected more teenage 'getting naked and taking a shower before my murder scene' scenes.

I guess with a 3DTV Resi would be more watchable.. I guess I enjoy the CG titles more because of the uncanny valley effect and they're closer to the games that way.elmagicochrisg wrote:I actually liked this one...Pulsar_t wrote:

It could be worse, they could be flat out remaking BTTF.Luke wrote:Oh boy.

Watched... The Watch.

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?

Better than the first one, which makes it the only HR sequel that doesn't suck, much less to the point to where all others before it are much better in comparison.

Not as good as HR1 or 2, but WAY better than all sequels after it.
But I watched it on one of those Echo Bridge budget collections ($5 for HR3, Halloween 6 and 6 others), and the picture was crap. Almost like early DVDs that were basically just spruced up versions of the VHS version, without any special features or shit. I'm just gonna donate it to my local library and splurge on a REAL HR3 DVD.

Or Michael Bay could be directing it.AppleQueso wrote:It could be worse, they could be flat out remaking BTTF.Luke wrote:Oh boy.

It's just after 7pm est and I doubt I will make it past half time for MNF. Quite the opposite of what you might think, I will go see The Hobbit tonight anyway. No knock on any LOTR movie, but if I fall asleep, I fall asleep, in a comfortable chair.
But how in the hell is this going to be made into a trilogy? Nix that. WHY in the hell is this being made into a trilogy? You can read The Hobbit on a lazy day. Sure, milk it for what it is worth, but I expect PJ to stay as close to the source material as possible, and a trilogy for the hobbit isn't that.
I'll/we'll see.

No remake, but please give us a sequel. An older Marty and Doc Brown. Doc Brown's kids could be the younger age characters, now grown up by this point.AppleQueso wrote:It could be worse, they could be flat out remaking BTTF.Luke wrote:Oh boy.

"cruisin down the street in my six-fo". the intro was funny as hell. i actually like the same stiller and vaughn characters they do in every one of their movies. minus greenberg, just a weird ass movie. the british black guy was funny, and they even managed to make jonah hill funny at times. got a little too ridiculous at the end, but as a rental i was amused.indecks wrote:Watched...
