Wii-U thoughts so far

So which retailers sold out of online pre-orders but will have individual stores with systems tomorrow morning? I'm thinking of hitting up the dead Kmart near me before they open at 8am.

Debating whether I should go for this seeing as I hadn't preordered.. Or should wait until black friday..

My plan currently is to hit up walmart tonight, just to see since there is one like half a block away from my house. I am not counting on getting one there though. So I am going with Target as my first choice, will show up a few hours before they open. From there, there are 3 other stores within a walking distance that I could try (best buy, toys r us, gamestop) K-mart is also on my list to hit up, I know of one that is so far out of the way of other stores, that I would most likely have a good shot at that one. I am confident I will find one tomorrow, maybe not right away but I gotta stay positive!

So we went to wallmart to scope out the scene, there was a really cool guy working who told us that they would have 8 for sale besides pre orders, and we would be guaranteed one if we lined up. We went home and got the 3ds's,and now are first in line. 5 hours to go lol. My friend is going to join us soon.

Good luck. I switched my pre-order from Best Buy to Target, so I'll be grabbing my Deluxe at 9-ish AM instead of 12-ish AM. Still, I love a good midnight console launch. Have fun.

How were you able to switch the Night before? I'm assuming you both preorders from both stores and decided to use the one that's earlier?

Well it looks like the walmart I pre ordered mine at closes at midnight
They're lay away is clearly already closed. Dammit. The Wii U games are already out though. No good ones though. May stick around till 12 though just to see if there is a group demanding Wii U

I switched over a month ago. I ended up going with Target since it's about 5 min. from my house.
