I don't expect the Vita to ever top the 3DS but I would hope that it would have similar success as the PSP. I think Sony needs to get more compelling games out there.

Saw a picture online yesterday of all the Vita/CODBOII bundles at Best Buy. Unfortunately the game has been reviewed as flat-out broken in many areas. Those could sit and be a great price down the road.

I saw TWO Vitas in the wild today. The first one I stared for few seconds and though this PSP looks bit unusual. Couldn't believe seeing a second one the same day either. Other one inside train, other at train station. Haven't spotted a 3DS yet, though.

There are a bunch of Vita bundles on sale for $200 on Black Friday. If you've been on the fence, that's a decent deal. Save $50 and get a game with it.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified has been getting some pretty terrible reviews from major websites. Most reviews give it under 5 out of 10.

Oddly enough, I really want to try it out for myself just to see if it is as bad as they say. I'll wait for a price drop though.

IMO, most major reviewer sites, don't know how to review a Vita game.

Not, well, really...

I just don't see any really stand out titles for the Vita yet. Not one! Now huge Sony fans may disagree but probably the most appealing game on the system is AC: Liberation but the reviews I've read for it are not that great. Gravity rush and the Uncharted game look pretty good but I'd say the Vita is yet to have a single killer app yet and the 3DS has a couple.

I think the Vita's library would be totally acceptable if the Vita was priced lower as well. Damn just looking at that price is like jabbing a knife in my own stomach.

Is there a killer 3DS game that doesn't have the word "Mario" in the title? I've yet to find it...

Huzzah! My first Vita game (P4 Golden) arrives tomorrow. I think I'll bring it on my flight back to Chicago for Thanksgiving.
