I'd rather keep mine too. I have an extra though because I preordered an extra in case my brother-in-law was going to want one for his family and they ended up going fast. He said they don't need a new system because they are busy with school, sports, etc.. and have a back log of games to play still. My choices are sell it trying to maximize profits, return it, give it to someone for Xmas. I kind of doubt I will give it away for Xmas though. I have considered it but it is not like anyone gets me Xmas gifts and I buy my wife's family gifts every year. I don't give to get but it is kind of tiring considering we are talking about adults too that I buy gifts for. I think this year I am not giving them gifts except for kids and I don't feel like giving away a $350.00 console. So sell or return. Whatever I feel like at the time I guess. Maybe someone will offer to buy it in the parking lot.

I'm picking up my pre-order at midnight on launch day. If someone offers me $500 or more in the parking lot..... I'll probably do it. Just sayin'. LOL.

I won't have money for games for a while anyway, and so I only have Wii games to play. Might as well just play them on my Wii. LOL.


Now.... if only the WiiU upconverted to 1080p on the older stuff..... now that would be a mind changer for me. But since no one seems to know, I guess I'll have to wait and see. I'm still holding out for "Dolphin like" upconversion.... *fingers crossed*

Grrrrr! That sucks so bad. The tech is there, I don't know why they couldn't just do it. I wonder if they'll pull a Sony in a year or so, and release HD versions of Wii games?

I finally paid off my Wii U preorder at Gamestop . Too bad my GS isn't doing a midnight launch so I have to wait until ll am Sunday to pick one up. I'm still on the fence on what games I want to pick up. I know I'm defentially getting NSMBU and Black Ops II.

IGN reviewed NSMBU and Nintendo Land today. IGN gave NSMBU a 9.1 calling it "Amazing" while Nintendo Land received an 8.7 "Great."

They also reviewed Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed and gave it an 8.6 "Great." The last Wii U game that IGN has reviewed so far is Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge giving it a 7.6 "Good."

I am EXTREMELY frustrated that I missed pre-ordering a Wii U. I have no excuse - just wasn't paying attention. I really didn't expect initial demand to be so high. I forgot about the ebayers.

I am not so frustrated that I will pay $500 for one on ebay!

I will just have to wait.
