Call of Duty - Black Ops 2
Re: Call of Duty - Black Ops 2
I really should finish the first Black Ops first. It is the only COD game I couldn't get into and didn't finish, but I see this one is getting good reviews. I may keep an eye out for a good pre/post-holiday sale...

Another thing that boggles my mind... People still by physical discs for PC versions of games?

That's the reason I do it. Minutes instead of hours, and I get a box to put on my shelf.ninjainspandex wrote:Much faster install then having to download it?avrame wrote:Wow, apparently not an isolated incident:

Re: Call of Duty - Black Ops 2
well this game was a disappointment, at least on ps3. games just dont start even if the lobby is full and my ps3 has frozen 3 times. its not just my ps3 all my friends had theirs freeze too. This game just doesnt feel right i cant quite put my finger on it, its no successor to mw3 thats for sure. Oh well i guess its back to MW3 for me.

Still playing the older, WWII based ones.
Expect me to play this in about 10 years

Re: Call of Duty - Black Ops 2
I couldn't wait to play the game. When I played zombies I noticed how much more there is to the game and how much more fun it is. When I started playing multiplayer I realized how terrible it was compared to other call of duty's and went back to zombies.
Re: Call of Duty - Black Ops 2
Zombies: Definitely an upgrade from any former sort of any of the older CoD games. Still trying to figure out what the hell to do on the Transit stage. Found like 3 of the parts from each station, but no idea how to get the power back on.
Multiplayer: Biggest difference in opinion among players here. My brother-in-law was absolutely in love with Black Ops 1 when he first popped it in, yet, Black Ops 2 did not do the same for him. I dunno. I personally like the new multiplayer, sure, the pregame lobby system could be better (can't start a match with 5v6? that's new), and the spawn system needs improvement, but the map design and killstreaks/killstreak system are a much welcomed overhaul. I love the new load out system. Don't ever use grenades or flashbangs? Remove them from your load out and equip 5 perks! Don't have to wait for a pro-perk either, all the perks seem to do their intended function from the get go.
I'ma keep playing, having a blast so far. Makes me sad that my cousin want's to get rid of his BO2 and return to BO1.

If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

Looks like I'll buy it on WiiU just to have something on WiiU I can play online with some people here.Metal Militia wrote:I'll be getting it on the Wii U as well.AznKhmerBoi wrote:Will be buying this on the Wii UDoes anybody know if the Nuketown 2025 map is coming to the Wii U? I've heard conflicting arguments about the DLC coming/not coming to the Wii U?
Older. Not wiser.
