I've got some other generic forum themes you can use now for the forum if you don't like the white from the new one. They won't have the customized racketboy menus on them for now.
You can change them in your user control panel here

AcidTech is the one the old forum theme was based on if you want that.
If everybody really likes that one, I will have that one converted to be like the old forum theme.

Thanks for the options racket! The acidtech skin REALLY brings the old forum look back, But I cannot find the reply button when using it.

That did it, Thank you!
Re: Different Forum Themes Availible
Ah, much better. Looking forward to the acidtech theme getting tweaked for the site.

BTW, did anybody else try any of the others I put on there? just curious what you thought.

Re: Different Forum Themes Availible
Just tried out Prosilver and Subsilver, if I got those names right. Prosilver moves the avatars and postcount section over to the right of the post, which I guess is a design feature rather than an error but didn't do it for me. The Subsilver option gives the grey background that I know people were looking for in the "Forum Updated" thread, so that might be an option for those guys. I'll stick with the default white though... The custom buttons really help the site to stand out from the average forum, and it's only when you remove them that you realise what a difference they make!

subsilver2 FTW!
Acidtech and the new one feel very racketboy-esque... but proSilver and subSilver2 are the best on my eyes, acidtech is good on my eyes, but the usernames are unreadable.

Thank you very much!!! AcidTech is great.
I agree the dark colours were what attracted me to the forums in the first place. Having astigmatism, contacts and slow-dilating irises really affects the amount of light I can handle.

Hooray for the old theme. I have left sites when they updated the forums and changed it from the way I was used to, every time I was never given a good reason for why they were changed. So having the option of something very close to the classic theme makes me quite happy.
